Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world as long as there’s a carrier service for your location.

What’s your delivery lead time?

Orders are typically despatched within 48 hours. If you order before 3pm it’s highly likely your order will be dispatched on the same day it was ordered (Monday to Friday) and delivered next day. However, bespoke signs that require printing may take 7-10 days from approval of artwork. Please contact us if your order is urgent and we’ll act as quickly as possible.

Do you supply technical data sheets?

Yes – you’ll find downloadable PDFs on some of our product pages.

Our company has an account with Signbox – can we order from the eshop and advise a PO?

Yes, please email your requirements to and one of our team will help you with this. Electrical distributors or resellers should contact our Sales team to apply for an account and agree our terms.

Can we supply our own artwork and, if so, what format do you need it?

Yes! Send your vector file or high-resolution image to For artwork files larger than 20mb please use a file transfer protocol such as or by post in any of these formats:

.pdf (press quality) or Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/CorelDraw .ai .eps .cdr .psd and  .indd (making sure any text is outlined). Please avoid creating artwork in Word, PowerPoint or similar presentation programs.

If you can’t supply your artwork in any of these formats or are unsure of the usability of the format you have, please contact the Signbox studio to talk about what you need.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes we do. If you need 10 or more of a particular product, please email us with your requirements so we can apply a discount.

How do I return an item?

Items can be returned within seven days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be issued once the goods have been received and inspected. We won’t refund you for delivery charges for goods that have been supplied in accordance with your order.
