Orders & returns

If you would like to return your order to us, please complete the form below, giving as much information as possible. 

You may cancel your Contract and receive a refund by notifying us in accordance with clause 5.3 of our Terms and Conditions within 48 hours of placing your order or within seven days of receiving your order, whichever applies.

Please note that this right to cancel does not apply to bespoke or branded Goods that have been manufactured or customised to your specific requirements.

If you return Goods to us under clause 5 because they are faulty or not as described, we will issue a full refund to the debit or credit card originally used for payment.

Where Goods have already been delivered before you decide to cancel the Contract, they must be returned to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation. Items may either be returned directly or handed to our authorised carrier. Please use the pre-printed returns label supplied with your delivery note and contact us to arrange collection where required.

Please note: A small number of products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page prior to purchase.
